C&K is the first organization in South India to get a license from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) India, for online training of prospective insurance agents mandated by the regulators. The training is being offered through the portal www.iguru.info

Over 300,000 agents have been trained in the past seven years across India for most of the insurance companies.

The Learning Module system focuses on increasing the impact of the course. It uses visuals for the benefit of the candidates from rural backgrounds as well as graduates.
