- Create learning design using right ID strategy
- Educate the writers on the requirement for the project
- Collate / collect the raw content for the project
- Work on the timelines for the assigned project along with the project coordinator
- Review the content developed by content writers
- Ensure maintenance of quality standards
- Source and create a pool of freelance content writers
- Ensure the content development processes are adhered to
