Key Responsibilities
  1. Design learning content
  2. Review the developed content
  3. Create a pool of freelance writers
  4. Oversee the delivery of assigned projects along with project coordinator
 
Role
  1. Create learning design using right ID strategy
  2. Educate the writers on the requirement for the project
  3. Collate / collect the raw content for the project
  4. Work on the timelines for the assigned project along with the project coordinator
  5. Review the content developed by content writers
  6. Ensure maintenance of quality standards
  7. Source and create a pool of freelance content writers
  8. Ensure the content development processes are adhered to

Testing of e-learning, ILT and other courses, websites, portals and other content
 
Key Responsibilities
  1. To test courses and content in adherence to the C&K Style Guide, usability, test technology and as per instructions given from time to time
  2. To deliver tested material adhering to timelines
  3. To prepare relevant reports

  1. To work as part of a team in testing courses/content
  2. To interact with and educate content and design team members about quality aspects
